For stays over 3 nights; one airport pick up and one airport drop off in private car (one car per villa each way, per booking). For shorter stays, and for additional pick ups, a charge of 300k per car applies

NOTE: Umalas Retreat reserves the right to amend prices as we deem necessary. Pricing for confirmed bookings will always stand.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

• 50% deposit required when making your booking. Payment can be made via Transferwise, or direct deposit into our Indonesian bank account.
  Balance payable 30 days prior to arrival. Bookings not fully paid within 30 days of arrival may be cancelled.
• Check in time is 2pm, check out time is 11am.
• Pre-arranged late check out up to 6pm is available at a cost of AUD $20 per hour or part there of, subject to villa availability.
• Pre-arranged late checkout after 6pm is available charged at 75% of previous nightly rate paid, subject to villa availability.
• AUD $300 refundable security deposit required to be paid not less than 30 days prior to check in.

CANCELLATION POLICY (DIRECT BOOKINGS ONLY):

• For cancellations made 60+ days before your stay, an administration fee of 25% of the full accommodation cost is payable by you.
• For cancellations made 30-60 days before your stay, 50% of the full accommodation cost is payable by you.
• For cancellations made less than 30 days before your stay, 100% of the full accommodation cost is payable by you. * Balance payable 30 days prior to arrival.
• Bookings not fully paid within 30 days of arrival may be cancelled without refund.

PLEASE NOTE: WE ARE NOT A TRAVEL INSURER. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU OBTAIN ‘CANCEL FOR ANY REASON’ (CFAR) TRAVEL INSURANCE AS SOON AS YOU HAVE BOOKED YOUR FLIGHTS AND / OR ACCOMMODATION, TO PROTECT YOU IN THE EVENT THAT YOUR CIRCUMSTANCES CHANGE, AND YOU CANNOT TRAVEL AS PLANNED.
